John is known as the Founder and the President of Quality Recording Solutions and he has over 35 years of sales, leadership and industry experience. Before he created QRS, John worked as the Director of Government Sales at Eyretel Inc., Director of Sales at CSI in Memphis and also a Sales Manager for Harris/3M.

John is also an active member of APCO and NENA. He also became the President of Roswell High School Foundation and the Bradshaw Men's Golf Association.

John is a fan and follower of gold and he received a golf scholarship at Augusta State University and also won the Augusta City Amateur Championship in 1983.

With all these talents, experiences and interests, John leads the business as an example. Alex is the Regional Vice President of Quality Recording Solutions and he is also the one who handles customer experience from initial planning and he also makes the surveys to installation and training. Alex is now serving as an Alabama APCO Chapter Commercial Advisory Member, Georgia Emergency Communications Conference Co-Chair and a Georgian NENA 1st VP. Mark Maier
