John is the President and Founder of Quality Recording Solutions and he actually has more than 35 years of combined experience in sales, leadership and industry. Alex Spencer
Alex is also our Regional Vice President of Quality Recording Solutions and he is the one handling customer experience from initial planning and he makes the surveys to installation as well as training.
